Directions For Use

Use 2-3 times a week in the AM or PM as tolerated.

Apply a generous amount to your face and body and massage for about a minute. Finish off by rinsing with warm water.

Recycle the container when empty!

This does leave my skin feeling very soft and smooth. But I was floored at how bad it smells. I can't even describe what it is, some kind of rotten acid? I don't know, but if you can stand the smell it does what it claims to do with my skin.
