Welcome to The HIGHER EDUCATION SKINCARE Rewards Program From now on, you’ll get rewarded for every purchase you make (yes, really). The more you spend the more you earn — it’s a win win! You can also earn points for referring friends, following us on social, and so much more. Rack up your points and use them toward anything you want on the site — it’s a serious hook-up. Here are some deets:
If you have already signed up for a Higher Education Skincare account, you are automatically enrolled. Otherwise, signup at the top of this page!
Piece of cake! You can earn points by signing up (done!), referring friends, leaving authentic reviews, and making purchases and they automatically show up in your account.
Check out your point balance in the top bar of every page.
Select the tab called Rewards. Here you'll see all the reward levels available. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward and use that reward at checkout.
No, this is yours for the taking! The more you buy and share, the more you earn. Just remember that your points expire after 1 year after your most recent order!
Approved: You earned these points which can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: No biggie, these points just need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. In 7 days, you’ll see these points as approved. Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)
Unfortunately, your pending points will become 'canceled' and will be removed from your account.
It happens! It means you, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase. Your points may have also expired after 1 year.
No sweat!. It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If it’s been longer than 7 business days, hit us up at email@example.com.
Yes, but you must log in first. Otherwise, you must redeem your points for a code, which can then be applied during checkout. You can redeem your points in your rewards dashboard.
That's a bummer! If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from the program by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In doing so, you will lose any points you have accrued.
We'd love to have you - just click “Join Now” on The Rewards page! Sadly, your point total will begin from zero. (So give some serious thought to leaving in the first place!)
You can share your URL however you see fit with the exception of coupon or deal sites. We love seeing our community share their link on their blogs or social profiles! You can find your URL after signing into your Rewards dashboard.
Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued
You can use up to 500 points ($50) on one order
